As part of receiving support and training from Transition Kete Aotearoa you will have access to the resource kete packed with information and resources to use in your kura or organisation.
Cam is from Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington
He is a qualified and experienced teacher with over 20 years working in the disability sector.
He is very passionate about empowering young people and schools in the journey of transition.
He worked as a kaiako/teacher, teacher aide, support worker, charity coordinator, disability researcher, sports coach and Expo organiser.
He completed his Masters in Education and his thesis was a case study of NZ schools and how they implemented the transition process.
He has worked nationally with schools/organisations in Taranaki, Nelson, Auckland, Hawkes Bay and Wellington regions.
